引入A-RAM兩系列SSD固態硬碟
憑藉擁有高速傳輸效能及穩定性， SSD 固態硬碟日益普及，其中快閃記憶體產品廠商 A-RAM 最新推出 ULTRA 及 PRO 系列新款 SSD 固態硬碟，其讀寫速度可達 260MB/s 和 170MB/s ，產品容量最高為 256GB ，而且透過支援 TRIM 及 NCQ 指令集增強效能。
A-RAM ULTRA 及 PRO 系列 SSD 固態硬碟搭載 Indilinx Barefoot 控制晶片，採用 MLC 晶片，兩者同樣搭載 64M 快取記憶體讀寫速度可達到 260MB/s 和 170MB/s ，產品壽命更長達二百萬小時 (MTBF) ，工作電壓為 1.5V ，而且 ULTRA/PRO 系列 SSD 更支援 NCQ 最佳化硬碟讀取的機制技術，以對應電腦系統開關機或讀寫檔案時提高效能。
為加強 SSD 傳輸速度，其支援 TRIM 及 NCQ 指令集，其中透過 Trim 指令的最佳化， SSD 更可直接刪除快閃記憶體上的儲存資料，大大減低 SSD 可供寫入的空間，進而供後備系統寫入資料時立即被使用而加快 SSD 寫入速度，而且因減少了 SSD 區塊處理的作業時間，讓 SSD 能有效減緩效能下降與耗損機率，並同時提高 SSD 的使用壽命。
目前容量 RAM ULTRA 及 PRO 系列 SSD 固態硬碟均提供 32GB 、 64GB 、 128GB 容量，其中 ULTRA 系列最高更提供 256GB 容量選擇，其由 ALTECH 為香港獨家總代理提供 2 年保固服務。售價方面 PRO 系列分別為港幣 $1119(32GB) 、 $1699(64GB) 、 $2999 (128GB) ， ULTRA 系列方面除 32GB 容量建議售價為港幣 $1299 外，其餘容量產品則仍待確定。

[ NCQ was developed to reduce the performance impact of mechanical latency found in traditional hard drives, so it's might seem like an odd choice for a solid-state drive with no mechanical parts. According to Intel, its SSDs are so fast that NCQ helps to compensate for latency encountered in the host PC. Even today's fastest systems take some time (time is relative in the microsecond world of the SSD) between when a request is completed and another one is issued. Queuing up multiple requests can keep a solid-state drive busy during this downtime, and the X25-M is capable of stacking requests 32 deep. ]
