Conclusion

Installation is easy and would just take about a minute since it is only required to install the stand and the antenna. Just connect the broadband modem and the computers with ethernet cables and you're ready to go. The setup console of the router takes place within any web browser (such as Internet Explorer). The setup console is very user-friendly and with descriptions of almost every setting items It provides easy setup wizards for setting up internet connections, wireless encryptions, internet applications, etc. I don't know about the performance yet. But I tried BT downloading with 10M broadband connection and it fully utilize the download bandwidth. This product is not expensive, it caused cost me for MOP330.00 (it would be more cheaper in HK). With this resonable reasonable price, the product really provides good features. However, if you're looking for faster wireless connection support, you should exclude this product. Because this product only support wireless connection speed up to 150Mbps. But the wireless connection speed is already enough for my setup.

GOOD
- Resonable Reasonable price (not expensive)
- Slim and light
- User-friendly setup console
- AOSS (AirStation One-Touch Security System) for Buffalo wireless client adapters
- Support VPN server/gateway
- Support DDNS (Dynamic DNS Service) - edited on 2010-02-02

BAD
- Takes quite a long time for the router to refresh when making changes to the settings
- Only support wireless connection speed up to 150Mbps
- The only color is white (black is much more perferable preferable by many users)

sound so good

Yes, I noticed that. My previous wireless router was a Buffalo product too (very old product). But this new wireless router seems to take more time to refresh settings compared to my previous one...

Yes, the ethernet cable is very short. I replaced it with my own cable since the distance between my broadband modem and wireless router is quite far.

$198 should be a typo
I saw $2xx all over SSP last night ( can't remember 27x or 28x)
But "white" is not good - it'll turn "ivory" in a years' time
