Centralfield7日內唔肯退有問題ROUTER

上星期五買左隻新ROUTER,打去ASUS問話再有問題可以打去問換過新
點知剛打去對方死都要我去ASUS上去整
張單明明寫7日內可以換

我都常去呢間買野,

我4月係高登間中央田買ASUS N16 router時,個sale講明有乜問題都係去ASUS到攪,你買router時個sale有無同你講?你而家有乜問題?Asus唔肯換?

你上去ASUS度 大約等1個工作天佢地檢查到有問題會換隻全新比你(當然要佢地有貨啦)

My Asus RT56U purchased in Feb 11 also had discconnection problem after a few firmware update
Also told not allow to return to Centrafield when I bought from them
Exchanged once in Asus
Same problem
Lastly solved (at least temporary) by repeating update firmware
I suppose the problem is incomplete firmware update that the lan is disconnected prematurely during the update process
