Help! Can't update apple apps via PCCW broadband

Tried to update apps on my iPhone 5s and iPad air, both can't update apps  and listen to live BBC radio via the Pccw broadband. However, apps could be updated and connect to BBC radio via 3 LTE network.  Any brother has hints to confirm what'll be the problem??

P.S.Other daily internet surfing via the home Pccw broadband works well...

Oh my god, I released the IP starting with 168.x.x.x ...
and got another IP starting with 42.x.x.x ....everything works fine now...

PCCW sucks!!!!!!! (for IP addresses starting with 168.x.x.x)
