BSOD after inserting USB 3.0 thumb drive

Need help from you all.

HP 4730s running on Win 7 64 bit with a USB 3.0 port. The port works fine with USB 3.0 external HDD.
Bought Verbatim 32 GB USB 3.0 thumb drive last week but it showed BSOD while insterting the thumb drive. Tried serveal times the same screen appeared. When put in USB 2.0 port, the drive could not be recognised as well. However, the thumb drive will be showed in the Device Manager and the details showed that the driver are not properly installed.

Tried other computer (Lenovo & Toshiba) USB 2.0 port and the thumb drive working properly. Therefore, I ruled out defective thumb drive problem.

Many thanks.

Will check as proposed.
However, I have found from Windows support website that the Verbatim Store'n' Go V3 USB 3.0 thumb drive is not on the compatibility list. Not sure if that is the problem.

Hope other Ching who purchased the same thumb drive could tell your experience.

Thanks.
