LG LCD panel crack

just bought less than a month
monitor panel crack by itself without injury
not cover by warranty as claimed by on site technician for suspected user problem

只能講師兄唔好彩,呢種情況應該唔會有任何牌子會保,因為無法證明唔係人為,同埋自然爆 panel 嘅機率實在太低。

Without any external sign of injury, I doubt very much how can LG speculate that the cause is the customer breaks it
The warranty on shop display claims to cover 3 years of parts, labour and panel
But now even an open inspection costs > HK$300
I really find that they contravene what have been advertised
Maybe I should visit the Custom Department for further action

d technician 係廢,剩係識 inspect 同 換panel ,加上佢唔係 third party,
佢話人為理據係乜,我斷估佢係斷估廢事上身搞到自己
建議你直接打去 CS 小爆佢,再要脅佢 外國都有相同案例 話去 消委會 投訴佢,蘋果 唱衰佢

不過佢企硬既話你一定輸,不過為左擔 氣

panel fault caused by the panel itself, not user. no crack means caused by itself.

建議打去CS同佢再講, 唔係就去消委

之前MX239好多人反映用用下半邊MON偏綠起格(包括我), 用既都係LG PANEL
雖然ASUS好快就換過塊PANEL

個案例好似唔多關事
BTW 打去CS講左備案先,再睇下有咩方法解決,不過照常理都當Phy. 唔受保.
再上網搵下有冇差唔多既案例,但最好係本地發生既
