用WINDOWS 個"安全地移除硬體並退出媒體" 功能 斷左上面個兩個硬盤連線, 實體USB無拔走;

THANK YOU

This is typical example of bad practice
Performing what you have just said for your own convenience will only damage your HDDs in the long run beyond repair

You are supposed to disconnect the HDDs completely either by hard switch (if present), or manually remove the USB cables (if there is no hard switch)

Unplugging and re-plugging USB terminals may increase some wear, but the data in your HDD is more important
So, only unplug the USB at the PC side and not the HDD enclosure side, unless you absolutely need to

FYI, I'm using Transcend StoreJet 25H3 (USB 3.0) 2TB and my usual practice is:
- always connect the ext HDD to the PC (USB 3.0 port)
- ext HDD will be powered off when the PC was shutdown
- ext HDD will be powered on (and auto connected) when the PC was powered on
- never need to use 安全地移除硬體並退出媒體 unless I want to relocate the ext HDD when the PC was still powered on

For your case, 安全地移除硬體並退出媒體 cannot disconnect the HDD could be due to :
1.  The HDD was still in use by Windows.  Such as folders being shared or files in use AND/OR;
2.  Something wrong with your ext HDD enclosure chipset (assuming your desktop PC was normal)
