The SanDisk SSD Dashboard helps SanDisk SSD users maintain peak performance of their SanDisk SSD(s) under various Windows® operating systems with an easy-to-use graphical user interface. The SanDisk SSD Dashboard includes tools for analysis of the drive (including drive model, capacity, firmware version, and SMART attributes) and firmware updates.

SanDisk SSD Dashboard software: version 1.2.0, release date: November 6, 2014

New changes since version 1.1.1:
-     The System Tray icon now indicates health status and the number of notifications  
-     Added ability to prevent a Self-Encrypting Drive (SED) from being placed into eDrive mode when installing Windows 8/8.1
-     Allow using the USB/CD bootable image to do firmware update on multiple drives
-     Added the ability to view the SanDisk SSD Dashboard’s release notes in the installer and in the application itself
-     Added the ability to view the firmware release notes when there is new firmware available for an SSD
-     Display a System Tray tooltip for a few seconds when the SanDisk SSD Dashboard’s main window is closed; it informs the user to click the System Tray icon to reopen the application
-     Enable manual TRIM on Windows 8 and above
-     Fixed an issue whereas the performance chart did not display correctly when changing the selected drive
-     Creating one bootable USB drive to perform Secure Erase, Sanitize, or Crypto Erase; this will work on both 32bit and 64bit systems
-     When multiple drives are connected and one or more of the drives has a S.M.A.R.T. attribute tripped, the notification message will be shown for the correct drive
-     Fixed wrong temperature display for SanDisk Extreme drive
-     Corrected the Product Registration link and moved the button to the Help screen

Known Issues:
-     Cannot perform firmware update using USB bootable drive if the drive is connecting to certain USB/SATA adaptor cables
-     Incorrect capacity and volume information displayed when a SSD is in a RAID configuration (Working on a fix)
-     Failure to detect SanDisk SSD when an OS boot drive is connected to a PCIe SATA controller card (Working on a fix)
