[操作疑難] dlna server problem with Qnap nas

I have just recently switched from Syn to Qna(251A, with ram upgraded to 8MB) ( because of suddenly sales offers in month of November.) But I have suffered the problems of off link between the sony tv(I regard this is a media player device) and the media sever, and it does not recover too, sometimes it does but I could not trace the cause.(it never happened with Syn brand) I had googled on the web that few of the users also have the same problem from year 2014, 2015, 2016.(some advises to switch to twonky software, but I am a junior user, I dont want to add more complications) And so far no one had confirm the problem is solved. Is it a bug of the DLNA software of the Qnap or it is because of the latest QTS software is not compatible with the old DLNA software? Any Ching had suffered the same problem and has the problem being solved? Any Ching have experience that after the upgrade to QTS4.32 beta, the problem is solved?

What does you mean exactly for "off link between the sony tv"?

Try to figure the common point when the problem occurs (as you said sometimes).

Create a ticket at QNAP helpdesk.

Separate the text in paragraphs.

QTS 4.3.2 beta is still beta, take your own risk.

Ching, thanks for the reply, I mean the sony tv always lost the link with the nas, (usually we can see an icon of media server on the TV menu)even the icon of the media server is not active, and not even read the photos, videos, music file too, and it will last. And sometimes it will recover,(reason unknown) Even I had upgraded the QTS to 4.2.1 last night the symptom appeared.

Ok, I will try to ask help from the Qnap helpdesk.

Thanks for your opinion.
