To enable his new tray clock UI, you're going to have to mess with the registry a bit. If you're not comfortable with that, we suggest you back out now. Rather obviously, there's a reason this isn't enabled by default so do tread with caution.
◾​Right click on the Start Button, select "Run"
◾Type "regedit" and hit enter
◾Navigate to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE>Software>Microsoft>Windows>CurrentVersion>ImmersiveShell
◾Create a new DWORD (32-bit) value, call it "UseWin32TrayClockExperience"

​And that's all there is to it. Simply click on the tray clock at the bottom right hand side of the taskbar, and you'll have the brand new user interface.
