I have already turn off hibernate!
Not sure if the hybrid sleep is on or not? But it should be if I disabled hibernate! And the explanation is kinda stupid, I can always resume immediately from sleep, because everything stays in ram! No need to turn off hibernate completely if you would use it, just turn off Hybrid sleep alone would sleep a lot faster.
The main purpose of hybrid sleep is allow you to resume from hibernate by writing hibernate file before sleep, just in case of an unexpected power cut(battery dead or unplug from the mains) during sleep state, useful on laptop but not so useful on desktop.
I tested unplugging battery after sleep on my old HP netbook and Windows 10 would resume to previous state without problem.
