同意!很正的idea!集合近程及遠程優點

啱啱諗起, 唔知flexible shaft會唔會一樣有hysteresis effect (唔識譯)? 如果有, 咪同而家嘅遠程一樣?

搵多左少少資料, 原來佢係利用彈簧軟軸(唔知係咪exactly)去傳動, 再用齒輪組去增加扭力, 減低軟軸既滯後問題

打印得好無咩出奇, 老實講, 傳統遠程extruder都一樣同已經做到嘢, 只不過通常都或多或少有拉絲同流鼻水問題而已.  佢咁做係咪可以消滅到呢D缺點呢, 佢個網冇提過, 只係話集2家長處, 呢個concept上我係buy的, 只不過問題在於呢個軟軸會唔會有殘餘彈力 (sorry, 真係唔識表達), 如果有, 就變成白費心機.

我諗師兄所講既殘餘彈力應該係我所擔心既滯後問題, 我見REPRAP FORUM上面都有人擔心過呢樣野, 驚個滯後問題令到出料同回抽唔靈敏, 之後好似有人話增加扭力去減低轉動既受力去減少呢個問題, 即係增加齒輪比
以我理解當條軸既滯後係0.5圈, 如果直接傳動既話佢會滯後0.5圈, 但係當齒輪比係10:1既話, 要擠出機轉1圈, 咁步進就轉左10圈, 傳動同樣係滯後左0.5圈, 但係擠出機只係滯後左0.5/10 = 0.05圈 (條數未必係正比, 但我諗concept大概係咁)

    the problem for me is now the new design extruder cartridge i am using 5 stepper which is too big, so i just guess this can help me solve it. lo. haha... in the other way,. I am thinking other things for this idea..  which can make the printer smaller size but can keep the ball screw high accuracy...
