should this headset become defective, u have to email creative and tell them ur error message, and they will issue RMA number o you and details for mailing address, etc...

actually, it's easy to do RMA, just email creative labs and tell them ur prob, if they think it's faulty, they will give u RMA number, attached the number on the parcel and mail back to Singapore...


maybe creative hk office is willing to help, I am not certain...

yea, if it's faulty within 14 days in normal use, it's my problem, full refund... hope it's QC is of high standard...
