General instructions for returning a product to Intel:
- Enclose a copy of this email with your return. Write the RMA number outside the box 7501420688.
- Return ONLY the products approved for return as noted in the product list above.
- Take a photo of the unit to serve as proof in case unit turns out to be physically damage after verification with depot
- Return your product using the prepaid airway bill provided with your replacement product.
- When sending product/s to Intel for warranty claims, we recommend the use of the original packaging, or make sure you package the product to prevent physical damage during shipping (Intel is not responsible for product that has been physically damaged prior to or during shipping.).
- If you do not have the original packaging, please use other safe means to send the parts.
-VERY IMPORTANT: Keep all accessories with you; we do not guarantee return of unauthorized parts. Intel will not be responsible for keeping any parts or accessories that are not included in this order.
Desktop Board and/or Server Board:
- If you are returning a desktop or server board, please send the board back to Intel with the PnP cap that came with the board. Be sure the processor socket (PnP) cap is properly placed on the processor socket. If you send the board without the PnP cap, Intel may reject the package and return the product to you.

Desktop Processor and/or Server Processor:
- If you are returning a processor, please send the unit with land side cover (LSC) or clamshell that came with the processor. Be sure the processor is properly placed on the cover (LSC) or clamshell.  If you send the unit without the LSC or clamshell, Intel may reject the package and return the product to you.
- For Boxed CPU replacement, you just need to send the faulty processor to us and keep the fan and heatsink with you.

Intel Storage Server SSR212MC2 with Backplane failures:
- If you are returning the Intel Storage Server SSR212MC2 Chassis FRU with Backplane failures, please make sure the following components are included: Backplane, Enclosure Management Card, Front Panel Board and Power Supply Cage. These components are contained in a single “Chassis FRU” field replaceable unit. Failure to do so will result in denial of the warranty, and Intel reserves the right to charge the customer for the cost of the replacement.
- Upon receipt of your returned product to the Intel depot your replacement product will be released to ship. A shipment confirmation will also be sent to you to confirm the transaction.

可唔可以上網登記然後等佢send email比我做rma?   

非HK CPU係指香港無得賣既CPU,定係唔係香港買既CPU?
如果係香港CPU就來回運費都係intel比?
