[中央處理器] [無聊懷舊奇想] 而家應該係幾多86?

大家都知道,約80年代初至90年代中既PC CPU,每代命名相對簡單,286、386、486,之後就Pentium。90年代中,Pentium初期,可能仲未習慣唔再叫x86,當時坊間或會稱Pentium為586,我當時仲問個電腦科阿Sir一個白痴問題「586同Pentium有乜唔同?

如果x86既命名方式不變,486後就586的話,咁今日Skylake應該係幾多86?

粗略計算,會唔會係咁

Pentium = 586
Pentium II = 686
Pentium III = 786
Pentium 4 = 886
Pentium D = 986
Core2  = 1086
Nehalem(i3-xxx,i5-xxx,i7-xxx) = 1186
Sandy Bridge = 1286
Ivy Bridge = 1386
Haswell = 1486
Broadwell = 1586(?)
Skylake  = 1686


應該有錯,尤其自Pentium 4後,我冇乜留意呢D野,係近大半年爬返文至知sandy bright至Skylake既i3/i5/i7,
想了解一下自Pentium 後至今,到底經歷過幾多代,求 c hing 指正!

286仲要玩windows 3.1 with 8mb ram

就算沿用86既編號模式,到今日既cpu都唔應該再係86系列,
記憶中,當年8088係8 bit cpu (8 bit addressing?), 8086係16 bit,而家幾多bit?

我反而想知上面呢堆,有邊啲個archi係唔同,有邊啲係齋製程唔同……

86就係16 bit 既88。然後186就係集成"南北橋"既86。
286係第2代既186?

Pentium Pro, II, III, M, D, Core - 686 (P6)
Pentium 4 - 786 (NetBurst)
Core 2 - 886 (x64)
Core i - 986 (Nehalem), A86 (Sandy Bridge / Ivy Bridge), B86 (Haswell / Broadwell), C86 (Skylake / Canonlake), ...

定係由Core 2開始,就要改用8064, 80164, 80264, ...?
