A few days ago, visited shop 48A and found that most of the older version software (esp. box set) are sold at inflated prices

eg. Win7 box version $5xxx
certain Adobe software (CS3,4 etc.) $3xxx
Office2010 $3xxx

How come?

No, licenses for single computer only
eg. Office 2010 box package (no three-computer version)

If the price is listed clearly and no cheating or threatening, overpricing is just a stupid action.

In my opinion, 黑店 should involve cheating or threatening.
