WinMEnc 0.81 beta
mplayer/mencoder的介面壓片工具, 好處是免卻安裝codecs, 不會對Windows產生不相容情況. 而且mplayer/mencoder是開源程式, 一直也在更新, 支援影音格式在進步中. 進階的用家更可透過WinMEnc去學習mplayer/mencoder的強大參數. 特點如下:
- 免費, 免安裝, 內建所有codecs
- 輸入影音檔: avi, avs, rm/rmvb, mov, mp4, mkv, asf/wmv, mpg, vob, DVD等

打包安裝方法:
1. 下載以下連結及解壓

2. 執行winmenc.exe即可.
3. 打包檔只包括常用的codecs. 要支援所有codecs, 請下載 Windows essential codecs 及解壓在 codecs 目錄下.

手動安裝方法: (仍未更新)
1. 把以下其中之一連結下載及解壓在某一目錄內.

2. 下載合適你的CPU的mencoder及mplayer, 並解壓在相同目錄 (註: 如要壓成pmp, 請用打包安裝)
