本身用開冇問題
近幾日網上按完錄影後會有句野出黎
注意: 偵測發現 MAGIC TV 與伺服器連線上出現問題,請檢查電源開關及網路連線.
咁我再按多次佢淨係話已在預定錄影列中就冇理到佢。
點知原來真係錄唔到。
部MTV已上最新Firmware,亦都肯定上到網
睇到即時新聞,有DHCP IP,琴日先特登up上最新Firmware
reboot過部機但情況一樣
所以試埋Factory Reset
Reset完用返之前個電話No註冊遙距錄影,但註冊唔到
有個Code 101
請問咩問題?

This might be a case of DNS not updated by the router.
Please power off everything on the network, including Magic TV. Then power cycle the router and modem. Wait for 5 minutes then power everything back up.

Hmm. It's working in my setup.
If you use a web browser to open http://irec.magictv.com is it normal?
Please change your router DNS to 8.8.8.8

iRec server had an updated IP address for its domain name. Some ISP DNS servers or some routers may have failed to refresh the entry accordingly.

Reboot Router後冇問題
但我Router不嬲都用8.8.8.8同8.8.4.4
電腦同電話經相同Router上irec.magictv.com一直都冇問題
可能我電腦DNS又set多次8.8.8.8所以冇事
電話又可能自己本身有用其他DNS Server所以又冇事

The router probably cached (saved) the DNS lookup result without being able to update it, even after a reasonable amount time.

不需要reboot router,只要係部 MagicTV 機個遙控設定介面重新登入一次即可,只需確認一次連線,不需重新註冊

Another network problem here. Hope wklie can have some insights.
Box: 9100D with the latest firmware
Network: LAN cable directly to router
Problem: Youtube complained no network
Solution: Reboot Magic TV
Frequency: This problem happened twice in last 5 days
I took a snapshot of network status from System/Network.
From below, I suspect that the network connectivity of the Andriod sub-system is having problem.
Not sure if the TV sub-system is working or not (but I suspect it's working). When I selected 'Check Latest Firmware' before rebooting, the system said 'Latest Firmware installed'. No complaint of network problem.
Before reboot
IP address: 000.000.000.000
IP address 2: 192.168.008.125
Subnet mask: 000.000.000.000
Gateway: 000.000.000.000
DNS server: 000.000.000.000
After reboot
IP address: 192.168.008.128
IP address 2: 192.168.008.125
Subnet mask: 255.255.255.0
Gateway: 192.168.008.001
DNS server: 192.168.008.001

Upgraded to the latest firmware. Performed a factory reset. The problem persists.
I was informed by a family user that on/off it by using remote (I believe that means bringing it to standby mode) helps restore network connectivity.
Now, I switch to use static IPs instead of DHCP. Let's see what happens in next couple of days.

That's a good idea. You'll also need to change the router DHCP allocation table to avoid the static IP you use.
Which router are you using? Please also find the DHCP lease time of your router.
