Assuming you want to have two different channels from two now TV boxes, one of them cannot have the channel switching controlled by Magic TV. You'll need to use the now TV remote, i.e. losing automatic channel change for recording, and you'll need to rely on timer or instant recording only.

Unrelated to the issue of two now TV boxes, just FYI:
All firmware 11.8* users are recommended to upgrade to this firmware 11.8beta3, which is available from internet upgrade.
For offline upgrade:
