Good news.
Hopefully it can provide us with a full FTP function instead of web access, and without performance drop.
Also, hopefully the UPnP issue will disappear.

No, it is the original firmware which has UPnP issue.

I encountered that with all versions available now(not yet try 1.7).
Using UPnP to map the port, sometimes it will fail(maybe ok in the monrning, without touch the computer nor router, in the evening you find that ports are closed, ports are not coorectly mapped.), no matter changing the ISP, restarting the computer.
Only solution is to switch off UPnP of router, reboot the router, restore UPnP.
Then the function will be ok again.
