I tested the R7800 parental control func. it can only filter website but not control the internet access time of each device, many parents compliant on their official FAQ

如果用原廠r7800 software
將唔使限上網的device 用manual 派IP
其他IP 用Block Services From the Internet • filter IP Address Range. 去行 schedule block.

Thanks Ching, looks this is the only solution but a bit complicated.
I may go for Norton as it can monitor more internet activities for each devices.
