let say i apply a 9Mbps mpls to connect multi branch offices
that means all 9Mbps bandwidth is in high priority?some ppl told me that, inside mpls, the isp will divide 9Mbps into 3 parts, high priority, middle and low priority?is that real?

Depends on your subscription, MPLS has 3 classes, gold, silver & bronze.(classes of service-cos)
100% gold is the most expensive, 100% bronze will be most cheapest.
Gold-for VOIP, VC
Silver for erp, crm, mail
Bronze for normal use, data transition
You can apply like that-30% gold, 30% silver, 40% bronze
The use of cos just like qos.

i just wonder why need 3 classes?
as i know mpls is sth like leased line, and im the only one use that network,
let say if i do the qos on firewall, match vc,voip traffic , next hop set to mpls ,
other traffic, next hop set to site to site ipsec.
why i still need gold class? why not just buy bronze?

"as i know mpls is sth like leased line, and im the only one use that network,"

Because not just you subscribed the MPLS service from the ISP, actually, 100% gold will be more stable & short latency than 100% bronze.
The bandwidth of MPLS is share based not dedicated, that means if you use bronze bandwidth for VOIP & VC, there will no any guarantee. If you want dedicated bandwidth, you should apply IEPL, but the cost will be more higher then MPLS.
