提一提舊版iMac係dedicated gpu 就唔好買二手，有散熱問題，正常三至五年左右會死機，睇上手用成點。

唔介意比較舊款，$1000留下都有，過年前幫我阿哥買左部17" iMac，應該唔support 10.8，最多裝到10.7，但5舊水，抵啦 XD

FYI, iMac is not for 玩
If you're looking one for your own fun, then don't get one and rather leave those to the ones who are in real need

And besides, managing a used iMac could be a problem, as described by the other members

Macs are generally used for productivity, not as general lifestyle machine

Whoever wants to "play" with a Mac just for fun is probably not for real

Simple as that

佢可能以為你買黎玩"遊戲"....MAC機玩機真係哂氣...
二手IMAC可以試下買IMAC2011...呢代仲可自己加野, 速度又唔慢...

Not exactly in the sense of "玩遊戲" but using it as a show-off or just in a lifestyle (or trendy) sense, without realising the true potential
Some ppl think having Mac is 型 or cool or whatsoever which is also their reason to get one

But yes I agree, older iMacs (esp. those with ODD) have better expandability
That said, MY2011-12 iMacs are quite hard to find now AFAIK...

2011imac除左沒usb3.0係換唔到外...真係真係好機黎....
佢唔燒底板你都唔駛唸換機...

除非新osx唔再support佢啦...
