小弟 用緊optiplex 390 sff 廠機 (即係2-3代廠機) bios 係A6 有冇師兄 做開office 廠機維修可以答下 點解洗windows 會一直 卡係左上角有條橫線個位？
無論我用DVD 洗咩版本既windows(利申win7/8/10都試過) 只要一洗完機 開機就會卡係 得條橫線 類似 _ 咁樣 係度閃
USB 洗win10 較左Uefi mode 會卡死係windows logo 位
試過 set 番 bios 做 default 都唔得 好q頭痛....

依個唔關廠機唔廠機,而且有好多可能所以都係要樣樣.
1,你係 新 win 蓋上舊 windows , 定空碟新裝 ?
2,去 bios 睇 ahci set 左係乜 ,?
3,除左 C: 其他全部 HD ,DVD 唔好接電住.到搞掂之後.
左上角閃閃閃,我都見過幾次,次次都唔同原因.
暫時只係記得依幾點.可以試下

Dell bios 唔記得有冇內置hardware test 工具。
建議掃下個硬盤有冇異常。

Optiplex 390 = 2nd generation. The 3rd gen should be 3010!
You should use a Window PE, or use other PC to clean all the partition of the HDD before the installation. And format it into GPT for UEFI boot of Windows 10...

佢個bios 係A06 同 平時bios 都唔同 好多function都好似無左 所以Ahci 個part無左 凈係得Uefi/legacy 可以揀 但係我兩個都試過 haha 同埋洗機 我凈係揀C drive 甚至 SSD/HDD換過都唔得

同埋我係重新裝win 因為成個disk 都係咁del 然後裝既 都試過係其他機裝左 擺上去都唔得

Yes my CPU is G530 but I try a lot of methods, I will try your advice tonight, btw thanks. Since I try to install the win 10 on other and plug the installed SSD/HDD to the pc but it still not work

就算我用緊Optiplex 7060 (8代CPU)都係咁
冇得好似砌機咁usb手指放個image就flash

未必架 因為我睇過有啲可以直接 F12 入佢dell 本身個flash system 就有得flash bios

The old BIOS might not support UEFI boot, cause UEFI boot are becoming popular in between 2012/2013, so it might be solve -
1. Use a "DVD" installation disk to install Windows with MBR boot with the current BIOS
2. loading the update BIOS image on a USB, boot a window PE and update the BIOS inside the PE

我都試過同樣問題, 同樣係Optiplex 390, OS image 係dell recovery tools download 爆埋入USB。試左兩日都係停係左上角一橫不斷跳個畫面。
以為隻USB 有問題, 換另一隻USB 重新DOWNLOAD 同爆個 IMAGE入去, 一樣都係咁。
DOWNLOAD 第二個model 既image 用返第一隻USB 又冇問題。

其實都好搞鬼... 我係入到windows 裝埋都唔得 用DVD洗 係可以入到 PE 但係 入到都好 洗完 都係會有橫線....
