    似乎中左毒, 如果還原唔得, 可能要比熟金,   如果資料唔重要, FORMAT C:, 重裝

Sage Ransomware infected your PC. At this moment, seems no tools to decrypt .sage file. However, you are not suggested to pay for decryption.

Format all affected drive. Reinstall windows with newest update patch. Install following software for endpoint security protection like Kaspersky Internet Security or Sophos Home Premium or TrendMicro Internet Security. These three brands "NAMED A LEADER IN GARTNER’S MAGIC QUADRANT FOR ENDPOINT PROTECTION PLATFORMS"

At last restore files if you have backup.
