相信市面買到的1百幾十蚊鐘錶都唔會十分準確,好多都沒有calibration機制,唯有自行修改.
參考了網上資料,覺得以下網之製作幾好,如精度真的去到0.01Hz, 那一個月只吾差0.8秒左右((0.01 x60x60x24x30)/32768=0.79)

照版煮碗,並加了隻用BF998的Active Probe 及 RX8025T RTC.

因沒有精密儀器,故用RX8025T RTC作簡單參考.
試試Active Probe對石英震盪的影響,直接接DS1307 RTC石英腳測量:
接DS1307 RTC 的震盪器freq. out:
即Active Probe接石英對其頻率仍有點影響的,但對調校頻率的幅度仍有大幫助.
有隻Casio舊錶已有VC可作調整,較方便.
其他鐘就要自行加VC作調校,一般鐘行得快要調大VC值,慢則減少,試調了幾隻,感覺PROBE接石英約有0.1Hz的影響,即日差0.26秒左右,要行幾日,再計算頻差多少,再調整吓,即十日吾差1秒左右並不難. 有隻15蚊的鴨街鐘調了試行1個月吾差1兩秒倒,算是成功的.
網上見有些可非接觸測頻的,有利用microphone測機械運作的,不知這些會否更快速且準確的調校鐘錶!

用ultrasound sensors 測quartz crystal oscillator很少見, 唔知咩原理

那是以前一個日本人寫的, 用 PIZEO 讀取機械錶 TICK TOCK, 不需要印打碼紙.
XTAL 可以隔空測量, 沒有負載效應, 有人看過CITIZEN的工廠應該可以分享一下.

The Measurement Method
To estimate their accuracy and stability, the watches were measured with a commercial watch analyser. This versatile device can simultaneously measure the frequency of both the quartz oscillator and the stepping motor pulses. The watch analyser sensor can automatically detect the quartz frequency through several available methods. If the watches have metal cases, as did all of the watches tested here, the mechanical quartz oscillations are acoustically recorded. The device can also capacitively record the stray electrical field from quartz oscillators with open movements or with cases made of synthetic material. It is also possible to derive the quartz frequency from the supply current if the analyser is providing power to the watch.

Crystal oscillator 用 piezoelectric effects 即 電能變動能再變電能 Crystal oscillator 會産生 32.KHz 震動
直接測量其震動就可以

近日用超聲波接收器及陶瓷片來試了非接觸拾取英石震盪頻率!
參考了此電路(ref: http://www.gadgetronicx.com/ultrasonic-receiver-circuit/),但Vcc用了5V的.
i) 用32kHz Ultrasonic receiver, Sensor與石英隔約30mm已收倒石英的微弱訊號,貼著則如下:
ii) 用piezo片, 則要Sensor接觸倒石英外殼至有反應,但訊號強度較超聲波接收器弱些:
兩者佳試了對封密式裝置如錶等無反應,但感覺可非接觸式拾取英石的震盪頻率的確不錯

意思是否如防水型般全鋁封密式會接收好d
因感覺此終無用探針式那般穩定,另易pickup電子光管的noise!
