下載左小米max國際版rom

然後下載左miflash
然後 就按刷機
點解會唔得?
可唔可以教下我

Which model of 小米max? For Max1, there are two versions of ROM (MI MAX 32GB and MI MAX Prime) and you don't need to unlock bootloader to change ROM from CN to Global ROM if you choose local update.

10.2.2.0(NBDCNXM)
而家我想裝原生國際版rom

The ROM you post V10.2.2.0.NBCMIXM is for MI Max1 32GB version. Since your phone has 128GB ROM, your should pick Max Prime ROM (V10.2.2.0.NBDMIXM) if your phone is Max1

Your current is CN ROM, go to download the Max Prim Global ROM (V10.2.2.0.NBDMIXM ) from here https://c.mi.com/oc/miuidownload/detail?device=1700302 and follow the flashing guide.
Make sure you pick the right one by selecting version on the left

at "Choose the ROM Image" screen, click on the ROM image you placed on downloaded_rom directory and the process should start updating right away. That was how I did my one!

Did you reset your phone at all since you have it? If you , you may be better to reset the phone by refreshing the ROM using the same app in you phone but choose to "download update" rather than "Choose Update Image",

我部11青春版，用miflash 刷global EEA rom最尾都會出error，但又可以正常開機同用到。因safetynet 過唔到，最後都係刷咗xiaomi eu rom。

請教師兄，我的小米max3國行最近更新左miui12.5.1, 之前安裝落的google GSM已經用唔到，所以之前上黎問點點刷機(好多年前刷過機，不過而家已經忘記曬)，搞咗幾日卒之勉強下載合適global rom12.0.1, 用Fastboot Update方法，去到最後一步按刷機，點知差唔多0秒就success(當然我知根本就未成功),附上截圖，網上面搵左幾方法都係一樣0秒刷完無解決問題，唔知各位師兄有冇解決方法，萬分感激！。[attach]2270909[/attach]

The stock ROM for Max1 and Max1 Prime is Android 7.0 in MIUI 10, while Max3 is Android 10 in MIUI 12. in the latest Mi ROM, it does not downgrade to earlier versions. The only option for you is to flash EU ROM or Global ROM with bootloader unlocked.
I think you wanted to return to earlier ROM versions because of lack of GSM supports in MIUI 12.5. With US lifting embargo on Xiaomi, we are seeing GSM support is returning to K20, K30 and others models. I think it will come back to Max 3 too, but it takes a bit more time since it is quite a old model and is not on the top of their list.
If you want to flash CN, EU or Global ROM, you can try this tool called XiaMiTool V2 available here https://www.xiaomitool.com/V2/. Once you hook up your phone, it will find the ROMs matching your phone for you and allows you to choose which one to flash. Take a look !

Go install this XiaMiTool at https://www.xiaomitool.com/V2/ it will automatic find the ROM for your phone. Make sure you have your phone unlocked first.
