我部野本身已 jb, 要先 upgrade , 再 jb.

咁樣 d apps 咪冇哂, 之後要再入.  有冇方便 d 的方法 ?

1. disable itune auto sync
2. manual sync and transfer all purchases when asked
3. restore/upgrade & restore (itune will perform a backup)
4. after completing restore, do not sync
5. jb as usual
6  Sync with itunes again
