如題
試左好多次
我部 XR 同 6S 都係咁
無 Notification 無震 無聲
完全唔知有人打嚟

P.S.
試過 Restart 好多次都係咁

Update:
打左比 Apple
佢叫我 Reset 多次部機
但 Reset 完得左一陣又變無聲
跟住依家係一時有一時無⋯⋯

Update 2:
升左 13.1.1
無改善

iOS 13 有個靜音設定，會不會開咗？在「設定」「電話」（將未知的來電設定為靜音）
又或者來電過濾，例如：芝麻來電會唔會開咗？

應該咁reboot完部機係有響有震,過咗十分鐘後就咩都唔識, 以上都已經全關. 還有airdrop都會自動off, 跟住就開唔翻, 要重新boot機。

Part 1. How to Fix iPhone Ringtone Not Working After iOS 13 Update

There are so many reasons why your ringtone is not working after updating your iPhone to iOS 13. It may have something to do with either the settings or the hardware. Try out these tips written below:

1 Check the Ring/Silent Button

It’s possible that you’ve mistakenly tapped on the mute button, to confirm that that is not the case, check the left side of the device, if a small and red line is visible, then the mute mode is on, all you have to do is to pull the switch towards the screen to make sure the ringer is back on.

2 Adjust the Ringer Volume

Just because you are hearing another sound on your phone doesn’t automatically mean that your ringer volume is on, the ring volume is set independently from the rest of the sounds. So, go to Settings > Sound and Haptics > then move the slider all the way to the right to turn on your ringer volume.

3 Restart or Force Restart Your iPhone

Restarting a phone can refresh the settings on the phone making it work better, to restart your iPhone to see if that’s the problem, press and hold the Sleep/Wake button until you get an option to “Slide to power off” appears and turn it on after some few seconds.

4 Turn off Do Not Disturb Mode

Turning on the Do Not Disturb mode ensure that all your notifications are silenced. To check if this is the case, go to Settings > tap on the Do Not Disturb > then turn Do not Disturb off.

5 Checking the Speaker

It is possible that a faulty speaker is what is wrong with your phone. You can confirm this by contacting Apple or going to Apple Store to repair.

After trying these tips, the ringtone not working after updating problem should be fixed right now. Now you can start to create your own ringtones for your iPhone.

however the issue was still there
