剛從Amazon入手Sandisk Extreme II 480GB SSD, 慳了約$600.
SSD乃祖國制造, 盒內附有一個7mm轉9mm框架及說明書. 請看圖 -






測試開始:

(1) CrystalDiskMark
Seq. Read: 525 MB/s, Seq. Write: 486MB/s --- 不錯
4K read 31MB/s 普通, 但write有120MB/s很快



(2) AS SSD Benchmark
不過不失




(3) HD Tune
最高read有467MB/s, 平均403MB/s




(4) ATTO Disk Benchmark

平均有510MB/s --- 不錯

SSD平均約$5/GB --- OK.

此SSD會為CachecadePro 2.0作SSD caching用

唔同容量，冇乜可比性喎Samsung 1tb, Sandisk 480g, Plextor 256g
相對上，反而隻plextor好快，隻sandisk就差d喇

呢隻Sandisk Extreme II 480G用Crystal Disk Info睇唔睇到SSD既資料寫入量?

Sorry, I have connected this SSD to the raid card to activate the CachecadePro 2.0. So I could not check it with CrystalDiskInfo now.  Perhaps later after I disconnect it from raid card.

Yet I had saved a screen shot of it in HDTune (see below) .   Please note "F1" and "F2".

因已駁raid card作SSD Caching, 故開CrystalDiskInfo 6.1也看不到此SSD (除非將SSD caching disabled再駁回底板之sata port).

用1隻和用2隻 SSD 做 Caching，速度分別大唔大?

SSD caching之速度同SSD之size有關 --- 理論上SSD之速度亦不會太慢，亦相差不太遠。

SSD本身也有不同容量之DRAM作cache用途。

2 x SSD RAID 0 CacheCade，Seq Read/Write速度大約比單隻SSD CacheCade高20~50%
