Yes, You can cancel or modify it once the order status changed to "Processing Item". You can cancel it anytime before the order gets to "Preparing for Shipment" status.

轉左 PFS 後取消要收取 15% Charge,
但未轉PFS前取消order並唔需要繳付任何費用
