尋日未買Plex Pass 之前好地地, 咩video都play 到, 只係untick 左個Direct Play.
今日買左Plex Pass 之後就話我 "The server is not powerful enough to play file", 無論2160p 同1080p 都唔得. 我係錯左d 咩setting?
而家用緊Synology DS716+ ii , 8GB Ram
求救

你粒 CPU transcoding capability 好差, Braswell Quick Sync 頂多 HEVC 8-bit L5, 一唔 support 就 software transcoding 就唔夠力. 一係就 disable transcoding 用晒 direct play

我係係Plex 個web 度睇, over internet, 係咪因為咁所以play 唔到?
佢無setting 可以downgrade 個quality 去play?

Plex Pass最主要係多左Hardware-accelerated streaming，試下untick左佢？

Untick 左個hardware acceleration 就得啦而家.
即係我部機用唔到硬解......
用direct play 即係直接play 本身個quality, 所以會好慢.. 係唔係咁?

direct play 係由player 本身部機去解碼, 部device 越勁越順。我都買咗終身Plex Pass, 寧願用軟解都唔用硬解，因為用軟解或direct play仲順。

你應該係用 browser 去 play video, 你只要 untick 返個 "enable HDR tone mapping" 同 "Disable video stream transcoding" 就得, 因為HDR tone mapping 未ready住。暫時只support 4K HW transcode

試下用 window 版 plex payer 個支援好好多。
