The attached is a Windows 10 Device Manager screenshot, it shows there is an unknown USB Device, occasionally a similar notice will appear on the lower right corner of desktop.

All devices are removed, but the notice is still there.

What is the unknown USB Device and how to remove it?

Hopefully, the problem has been solved.

I opened the USBDeview , uninstall those unconnected suspicious devices, and the notice disappeared from the Device Manager.
