Not sure about native system defrag but yu can DL Piriform Defraggler to do the job

如果用ssd 好似吾洗做呢樣野。  我hard disk 用ext4 , 都沒做過defragment, 聽過ext4 呢種檔案系統，吾洗做defragment


ＲＥＭＡＲＫ:　我個ＨＡＲＤＤＩＳＫ用左幾年,　而家既　non-contiguous　大概系0.6%
/dev/sda5: 296225/1286144 files (0.6% non-contiguous), 3045051/5120000 blocks

Windows 內置defrag慢

Auslogic Disk Defrag Free
Puran Defrag
Defraggler
Smart Defrag
Defraggler

OS partition不會0.6%這麼少，淨放backup copy，NTFS也可以完全沒有fragment。

ext4也有defrag，0.6%可以不用defrag

真系咁小 　　可能我沒咩特別野裝上去, sda２ 裝自己Ｄ立雜,　反而比較高,　成6.5%

/dev/sda5: 296225/1286144 files (0.6% non-contiguous), 3045051/5120000 blocks
/dev/sda8: iso: 40/2665376 files (0.0% non-contiguous), 9922226/10655744 blocks
/dev/sda7: 448589/966656 files (0.1% non-contiguous), 2462282/3840000 blocks
/dev/sda2  PGME: 9589/4177920 files (6.5% non-contiguous), 14762078/16692224 blocks
