今次為Kossel Mini加上熱床
早前用手動調整Endstop高低去調平print bed發覺效果不好,於是乎學人用M666 software adjust. 之後才發現高度不對。
所以大家務必先較正 AXIS_STEPS_PER_UNIT,而 XYZ axis 應該是相同的。而我用的Marlin version 是 RichCattell。
這玻璃塊高80.06cm,放在print bed上用paper test作初步較正。如果Steps/unit是80, nozzle 高度是99.9; 直到Steps/units=99.9, 剛好nozzle 高度是80並可在玻璃塊上過paper test。
之後如常的找出Z-Height的value, 請減去5mm以確保 tune XYZ Tower offset 上
結果全為負數並俢改以下設定,
#define min_software_endstops false <—————請小心駕駛!
#define EEPROM_SETTINGS
#define EEPROM_CHITCHAT
並upload Marlin。
我的paper test 坐標為
X Tower:
G28
G1 X-69 Y-40 Z5 F5000
Y Tower:
G28
G1 X69 Y-40 Z5 F5000
Z Tower:
G28
G1 X0 Y80 Z5 F5000
Centre:
G28
G1 X0 Y0 Z5 F5000
最少做兩個rounds的XYZ Tower paper test去找出正確value, 例如輸入:
M666 X-8.5 Y-9.6 Z-8
M500
M666 L <——————check 下arm 唔 arm
這時便可找出Centre 通過Paper test 的 value鳥。
例如Centre Z-height是4.7, Delta Radius=120.3
那麼便要升高Nozzle去較正呢隻鑊鳥,就是要減少Delta radius的value。起初我將120.3 - 4.7=115.6為起點,重複XYZ paper test 為 X-6.7 Y-7.8 Z-6.1。但新的Centre Z-height 為2.9,所以下一輪調試只做X offset 和 Centre Z-Height 通過paper test的時候並估計到正確的Delta Radius=107.7,再找出新的XYZ Offest。
再找一次 Centre Z-Height=224.1
Enter:
M666 X-3.9 Y-5.0 Z-3.2 R107.7 H224.1
M500
這時 XYZ Tower and Centre都pass paper test when Z-Height=0.
確定 Z-probe offset為 (0.4, 14.2, -3.0), 行G29正常便可試印鳥!
第一印高度為9.83cm (Layer height = 0.2), 並發現第一層太扁,底部起邊,下一印須要升高少少nozzle!
New Z-probe offset= (0.4, 14.2, -2.9)
第二印高度為10.09cm, 底部邊位無擠壓出, skirt height=0.2mm
X=20.11cm
Y=20.17cm
太大了,相信要外遊後才可繼續調整。
回來之後要做的流程:
Step/unit——->XYZ offsets——->Delta radius 調平----->Diagonal rods length去調整 XY長度——->XYZ offsets——->Delta radius 調平
無聊印了一個對size不重要的Chest Dice and finger。
0.3mm Nozzle, 1.75mm filament壓力很大filament 會在這裡buckle並jam死extruder
Hotend 又不能太熱,大軟的filament不好extrude塞J-head。PTFE tube伸入多少少減少filament buckle的機會。

想知加左舊玻璃磚後做paper test有什麽好處?

只是就地取材,舊玻璃夠大(80.06cm高)可助我量度噴咀實際行左多少。調整unit/step直到打Gcode X0 Y0 Z80, 噴咀真的行80cm.

熱床用膠件固定唔會變形??

我都搞緊熱床,
delta機其實係個噴頭就張床,定係張床就個頭的(makerbot等)?
睇過好多delta機相,都係印幾舊膠件,頂住張床就算
唔係好似傳統機咁,用彈弓螺絲微調四隻角高度...

其實用delta機噴頭就熱床係咪要方便成日羅起搞ramp D野?
如果我張控制板放出外邊,用傳統方法調heated bed係咪得?
我覺得扭三粒螺絲真係又快又方便好多羅
