Even if u can't, just be humble and show the employer that u are eager to learn, and you might still have a chance.

而家，有什麼programming 工作適合香港人從事？？
本人興趣：web
本人缺點：沒有任何programming 的沙紙或 ...

香港有好多frontend web programming position.
學歷唔係太重要. 工作經驗重要D. 最少有D projects prove比人睇你識.
但如果想做backend, 學歷影響比較大D. 最少有High Dip會好D.
有公司frontend backend分得好開, 有D撈埋一齊.
