Understandable.
CSL is promoting windows mobile phones (HTC Diamond, Touch HD, etc)
3HK is promoting the iPHone
PCCW is not promoting anything so they can launch the Nexus One
Smartone like to launch ugly Sharp branded phones and now the google phones and soon the iPhone.
So only PCCW can launch the Nexus One.
If not then just buy from Sintat. Surely it will be available a few days after it launches in USA or UK.

Yes the price is really cheap. I am sure many guys will jump in on the Nexus One.
I just want to get the best so I am still thinking which is the best one to get. Milestone, Nexus One or the Sony Ericsson X10.

"AC adapter - Country-specific AC adapter $19.99" - what kind of AC adapter do you think that'd cost HK$160?
I think it's charged by an USB cable if you don't choose to buy a "Country-specific AC adapter". I will buy a USB AC adapter later locally. I think it'd be something around.. HK$40?

So in other words in order to quickly charge your phone you have to first switch on your computer to charge the phone.

I am still deciding on which phone to get.
Motorola Milestone which I can get for free and has 10.1Mbps download speed
or
Nexus One which has faster cpu but the download and upload speeds are slower
or
Sony Ericsson X10 which has a faster CPU and fast download Speeds but the OS is old.
If I do decide on the Nexus One I will surely Engrave 2 lines of my choice. It will be something well thought that it won't affect the resale value of the phone. Have to think of something catchy for Google.

Well as long as one doesn't use the crap service from 3HK it should be stable enough to benefit from the 10.1Mbps capability. Smartone sales told me that their 3G service is able to download up to 21Mbps.

Yeah but when using service from 3Hk the download speed is about half of what CSL or Smartone can offer.
PCM makes money from their reviews so not always they can be right. It is best you try out the service at the service provider's center. I plan on testing this at Smartone and One 2 Free this week.
The one with faster download service will get my business for a unlimited data plan.

Please, look very carefully on the parse "up to".
You should now have max 7.2Mbps download, how often did you get 7.2Mbps?
Don't let technical figures mess up you head.
I'm using SMV with Magic, I didn't feel like I'm browsing with 7.2Mbps in most
of time, especially during traveling. Of course, if you can always sit in the spot
that you can get top speed, that is another story. Just typically, in general usage
to me, these figures don't have much sense to me.

咁得出來個result只係你響service center當地的performance
但日後你出來行街睇戲食飯四圍走, 唔同地方唔同發射站都會影響個speed
可能未必做得返你當時的速度喎
