但 PiHole 未可以對應住，所以我要 hold 住先

早兩三個星期我重裝dietpi已經係trixie 再裝埋 casaos, weekend 做多次 apt update 同 upgrade 即刻抄左個 casaos 睇github 應該係casaos 認唔到 新 docker, 要修改 docker.service 入面 version 2.4 先回復正常

想install desktop系統（Ubuntu/樹莓派 5）+ 瀏覽器 + Kodi + Casaos，可以嗎？...
Casa Os have it own app?
Casa OS或其他NAS系統適合Pi5？

casa os 只可以話係一個有 app store 既webui, 但底層都係係要用docker 行app, app store 上啲 app  都係抓 dockerhub 啲 image, 用法比portainer 仲要簡單但有啲野都係要用 portainer 先攪得掂

RPI 5 4G idle 3.3W full load 9.8W 做 7/24 server 的確係好選擇, 不過好睇個人要求,
我未試過 用 SBC 行 desktop 就未試過只係用 舊pc 行linux mint

    我只會話，如果本身有隻 Pi 係手就值得用，買就真係唔抵。最近我入咗二手 thin client Dell Wyze 5070（Celeron J4105 + 4GB ram + 16GB eMMC，有 M2 SATA free slot + 1 extra RAM slot）都係二百蚊，而且大陸已經有人 test 過呢 D thin clients 話因為 cut 走咗好多 onboard 嘢所以用電係同 Pi 差唔多（idle power 都係大約 3W）但 full speed 比 Pi4/Pi5 快好多

師兄執埋執埋都唔少實用野, 我舊年買 orange pi zero 3 2G版都要199, 你張 J4105 有 4G 可加 ram 又有m.2位, 好用過 rpi4

剛剛有片pi5在台面，見它可插2片m2,ssd,
之前想弄個旅行router及NAS file sharing ,
只做router又浪費了, 可browser 加 media player更里想⋯

有興趣你說的5070去找找看下先。⋯⋯

    我部 5070 買二手只係 2 舊水，你淨係 dual NVME expansion board 都唔止呢個價，去 eBay 得閒 mon 吓呢類 thin client

    係呀，路過秋葉原見到二手店三千幾円就買咗，但係 eBay 都好多平貨。最正嘅係部機 dual RAM slot 係好輕易就上到 16GB RAM，然後佢又有 USB-C port（Dell 自己整上去），個 USB-C 驚喜哋仲 support USB-C ALT/DP 可以直插 USB-C monitor 用

如果你唔需要 WiFi，個 onboard M2 WiFi slot 可以 convert 去 PCI-E 2.0 x1 NVME 插多隻 SSD，另外 5070 仲有個變種叫 5070 extended 係個殼厚身 d，onboard PCI-E slot 係用得嘅，有人會插 quad 1G card 之類去做 low power router

玩了幾天，如果只裝desktop Linux,
一般以可用，大部分野在網頁已可完成⋯
只想在背後安裝一個檔案分享，咁出街時都用得⋯

發現pi3 安kodi作player only好用⋯

ps 還有拆機下來的pi3x2, pi4x4

我試過佢唔食單支 8GB ram, 我都係用 4GB x 2 咁行

i prefer using wireguard to remote access to my home server (rpi4 & oes), but before your can use wireguard you need to subscribe dynamic dns  services (there is free service like dynu and duckdns) to obtain a domain name (like xo_ox.freeddns.org or xo_ox.duckdns.org) and at the same time set app to update your home/router ip address to your domain name. These are basic components to set up remote access to your pi. you can directly run these programs on your linux distro however it will be much easier to run it on docker.

there is a lot of tutorial / walkthrough in youtube, i also learn to set up my pi watching youtube.

I want to remote it in GUI mode , like casa os but which seem to be outdate and no update any more,
, and/or by Brower just like openwrt
I could connect it by ssh/terminal mode

p.s. any good GUI for docker? Portainer?
