Cannot transfer $10, because the remaining balance after a valid transfer must be more than $10, which is not in your case.

my case is that original value of the sim card $38 plus voucher $50 (+$15 bonus) = total $103 in my card
i can only transfer $20 x 3 + $10 only
balance remaining = $103 - $70 - (4 x $0.2) =$32.2
can anyone explain why I cannot transfer any further amount from the remaining balance of $32.2
i.e.
($32.2 is more than the $10 min. balance required, that means $22.2 should be transferable)
($15 of the $32.2 is voucher bonus, that leaves $17.2 transferable)

我都遇過同樣狀況,轉錢後要留番不少於10元(non-bonus)
你的non-bonus是$17.2,故不能再轉了!
唯一解決辦法用左去
或再增值$20
bonus=$21 non-bonus=$37.2
再轉走$20
餘額bonus=$21 non-bonus=$17
再開$38/1GB DATA
