Op-amp:  2x OPA2134 + OPA2604  (可以自已換哂3隻)

Win10 driver needed to be downloaded from AudioTrak website:
http://audiotrack.co.kr/en/drivers/6082
Remark:  the card was used in a Win XP machine, so it has not been run under Win10
