而家用緊ROG MAXIMUS XI HERO,但4條4X8既4400既RAM只能用到3800先可以穩定唔出藍畫面,想換ROG MAXIMUS XI EXTREME Z390會唔會先用到晒D RAM既XMP全速,呢塊野好似好難搵,有冇人知邊度有貨賣

基本上DDR4玩到將會出呢代，應該出DDR5架喇，4400呢啲慢喇

9th CPU North Bridge frequency are 4000Mhz! So it's strange you are not able to run 4000Mhz on XMP
It seems you are not lucky to got a CPU with "Weak" ram controller

Refer to your other post on overclocking, you mentioned the ram that you use "Patriot" ram?
This is good ram but not the outstanding brand for OC ! You might need to try to borrow another brand such as G.Skill or Corsair to make a test.
You need to know that Extreme or APEX is not cheap MB, you might be regret if you find that the Patriot ram was the reason...
We all know that urge to the maximum = $$$$$$$
