要留意有好多外置2.5"碟已直接 USB 出，買之前要查下型號是否有 SATA 頭我之前也買過死雞 2.5"拆出來放电腦用可正常操作

I've dismantled the Seagate backup plus 2.5" 4TB (about 4 years old) and putting in QNAP TR-004 DAS (USB 3 Gen 1). It works like an ordinary PMR hdd with speed reaching R 11x / W 10x MB per sec.
Having standard SATA port (not like WD with soldered USB port)
