Pentium 967 (1.3Ghz, Sandy Bridge)
Intel HD Graphics
2GB DDR1333 CL9 ram
Windows 7 pro 32-bit
No bluetooth

Windows 7 WEI after update all drivers, not too bad
Will upgrade RAM later to dual channel and 64 bit windows and report back.

Yes about same as AO756. but x121e don't have USB 3.0 (Acer has 1 i think), and webcam only 0.3MP
x121e have 3 years HK warranty (acer is water stock I think)+ matt screen + 6 cell battery (6-7 hours) +always on USB, keyboard also better.

if you don't need USB 3.0, this one is better.

今日玩過YouTube 1080P 用HDMI 出電視, 用wifi + CPU load 70% 以上，自己係細mon同時上網。無爆格，電可以咁玩3.5-4個鐘。

如果平時上網或文書，6個鐘應該無難道。

Build quality 真係幾ok. 唔係咩apple aluminum unibody, 或thinkpad magnesium case. 不過好過好多netbook同business line 既laptop(D@ll, Toshib@). 膠機來講，係「真心膠」啦。個低係aluminum, 所以散熱好ok. Cool 過 我部 iPad
Idle 得3xc, full load 3 個鐘都唔過60c

最雞係個TN Mon, 不過IPS laptop 起碼 7-8000.

好多師兄之前話cheap雞野，幫人清舊貨。e加好多PM 我邊到買，真係sorry, 愛莫能助

有時間寫過開箱文回報社會啦

Added 16gb of Crucial DDR3L. Now running Dual Channel and installed 64bit Windows 7 pro.

Under Single Channel, Gaming Graphics usually 5.6 only

no X131e, but there is Edge E130

CPU upgrade to i5 3317. but 64xx in Broadway loh.  Almost same hardware except CPU (has USB 3.0)

    唔係所有，但所有ultra book and 用CULV CPU 都應該係焊死。不過強國人iPad CPU 都可以焊得"lud", 再加RAM，再焊CPU. 焊CULV CPU easy 啦。加上e部motherboard用hm65, 唔係um65/67. 真係咁玩, hardware 應該玩到ivy bridge CULV CPU, bios 就唔知啦

Today I try hardware decode. Turns out the GPU have hardware decode (even if Intel say Pentium iGPU should have no QuickSync, decode up to 2 1080P streams without problems). Quicksync is used for transcoding and encoding only. For decoding, looks like Sandy Bridge Celerons and Pentiums can hardware decode no problems. All files are 1920x1080 AVC/H.264 format, 23.7 FPS. CPU loading screen shots as follows:

Conclusion:
應該有硬解, 同HD3000幾乎相同


1 video stream, very smooth, no fame drops, 25-30% CPU usage


2 video streams, very smooth, no fame drops, 50-80% CPU usage


3 video streams, 2 of 3 videos OK, 1 start to have fame drops, constant 100% CPU loading

    No SSD. 窮苦學生文書機一部，加咗RAM以好快。玩RAMDisk 好玩過SSD。自己唔打機，不過都想試下有幾得，如D3 或Starcraft 2

    haha sorry. I didnt take those photos. I got it from a Japanese review blog. X121e model have finger print reader option. but my model do not have. Everything else is same as photos on page 1. If you replace the top casing you can add this option also.

Here is a better picture of the finger print reader.
