A user revealed on the Samsung Community forum that the Galaxy Buds FE caused permanent hearing loss for their girlfriend after exploding in her ear (via @WorkaholicDavid). They said the earbuds were brand new and never charged, only used with the preexisting battery capacity out of the box: “I never charged them even once, and they came with about 36% charge in the box. When my girlfriend borrowed them and used them, the headphones exploded in her ear, causing her permanent hearing loss. We have a doctor's report regarding this situation,” reads the machine-translated version of their post.

Samsung has provided a statement on the matter
We contacted Samsung for comment on this story, and the company provided the following statement to Android Police:
"Samsung takes customer safety seriously. A thorough investigation into the incident has revealed that external factors were solely responsible for the occurrence."

目前有消息指出，三星的無線藍牙耳機Galaxy Buds FE在土耳其發生意外。一名土耳其24歲網友在當地的三星官方論壇上發文，表示女友在使用自己剛購入的Galaxy Buds FE過程中，耳機突然在女友的耳內爆炸，該名網友還強調，這是「從未充電」過的「全新品」。後續因為三星對該網友一直保持著冷處理的態度，甚至還強調耳機只是「變形」不是「爆炸」，所以網友無奈在官方論壇撰文。而目前這篇投訴文章疑似也遭到刪除。



根據《webtekno》報導指出，一名ID為Bayazıt的土耳其24歲網友日前在三星官方論壇上發文，內容中提到自己在購買三星Galaxy Buds FE耳機後，還沒充電就先借給女友使用。但是在使用過程中，耳機竟然直接在女友的耳朵內「爆炸」。
