500mb下載速度wifi whatsapp load相勁慢點解？

手機用iphone 11pro

Router用 netgear r7000

4g用 hkbn

我用Speedtest check過我router  wifi 下載速度有500mb,而4g得50mb

但我係屋企手機用緊wifi時   whatsapp 收相 load成十秒都未load到張相

但我熄左wifi用4g  whatsapp 收相  1秒就load到

點解我Wifi 下載速度快10倍  但Whatsapp用wifi download相既速度咁慢既？????????

1) if the limit is with ISP then there are nothing you can do.
2) you never tell us if this is long time issue or sudden issue.
3) please test the download speed with Telegram / Wechat / LINE for comparison.
