Really? Last time I asked if they have MBA 13" 128GB but 8GB RAM version and they said only standard MBA (4GB RAM) available, others need to be ordered from online.

Sure.  I walked in and bought from Festival Walk on June 19, 2013.  The top model of MacBook Air so far - Intel i7 CPU, 8GB RAM and 512GB SSD.
