Win10 has bugs causing harddisk high using rate? kb2267602 causing problem ?

Windos10 ver2004 (19041.450)

since yesterday, unable to windows update, low response time while start windows OS related application/components.  trigger A short moment  of  unusual high harddisk rate.

it's fine using web browser, playing game, download from web.

so weird, anyone know what's going on ?

試下升到19041.488.
睇下有否改善!

thank everyone, after 磁碟清理( remove all temp files , include those windows update one ), and update window again, situtation almost gone and improved alot,
now  I am checking is the problem caused by windows attempt updating kb2267602
