after update whatsapp

對話紀錄得返2016同2017年send過d訊息。
2015年/之前send過d對話記錄全部冇哂,

直接打開消失咗對話既聯絡人, 有記錄
點解會咁嫁,有冇方法回復返

其實佢個回覆只係一啲好common嘅重新安裝方式

如果你最近更新後正常返
咁應該係個app嘅bug

等我遲啲再更新
睇下會唔會出返曬嚟

我舊年大約11月喺一次update之後都發生過同樣嘅事!
之後我send message問,佢有以下回覆:

Hi,

Thanks for your message.

We are trying to investigate further into the matter. For this we would need some help from your end. We need you to uninstall and then reinstall the app. But before you do that please create the backup of your chat history.

To backup your chat history on Android:

    Open WhatsApp.
    Go to Menu Button > Settings > Chats.
    Tap Chat backup > Back up.

Note:

    If you have your Google Drive backup frequency set up on your WhatsApp as daily, your chat history and media will also be saved to your Google Drive every day at 2 AM after the local backup is made.
    We recommend connecting your phone to Wi-Fi prior to backing up your chats via Google Drive, as backup files may vary in size and may consume mobile data, causing additional charges.
    Depending on the size of the chat, the first complete backup to Google Drive could take a while. We recommend that you connect your phone to a power source.

To uninstall and reinstall:

    Open your phone's Settings app > Apps > WhatsApp > Uninstall.
    Wait 30 seconds.
    Download the latest version of WhatsApp from Google Play.
    After verifying your number, you will be prompted to restore your messages and media from Google Drive.
    After the restoration process is complete, tap Next and your chats will be displayed once initialization is complete.
    After restoring your chats, WhatsApp will begin restoring your media files.

If you can't uninstall WhatsApp on your device, try opening your phone's Settings > Apps > WhatsApp > Storage > Clear Data. Once you open WhatsApp again, it will prompt you to set up as if it were a fresh install.

Once WhatsApp has been reinstalled, please send me your logs so we can investigate further.
To do so:

    Open WhatsApp > tap the Menu button > Settings > Help > Contact us.
    Enter a description of the issue into the description field.
    Tap Next > then This does not answer my question at the bottom.
    Send the email.

The above steps will automatically generate a log file as an email attachment.

If possible, can you provide us with a video recording to help us understand more about the issue you are experiencing. You can do so by using another device (eg. camera or your friend's phone) to record the video.

Please record the video in one of the following file formats:

    .mov
    .mp4
    .3gp

但喺最近前一次update後,所有留言記錄又出返哂黎,而家一切正常!
