[操作疑難] redmi note2 miui9 cannot update gapps

Redmi note2 never root
just updated miui9 global 9.6.3
google play store cannot updated, then many gapps cannot updated also.
tried downgrade rom... still cannot
found google play store not show play protect....

seem official rom problem......
