Stepper motor 點解冇力

2相6線, 35mm motor
1個coil 8ohm, 1 phase 16ohm
power = 5v, total current = 850mA
轉動上面冇問題
但佢真係完完全全冇力..
成4w la wor
改用4線驅動會唔會好d?

What is the wave form of this 2 phases, 4 points of driving in 6-wire stepper motor. For better torque, it should have 1/4 phase overlap with next phase.

我遲d會買個大d current既黎試下
但冇奶油用成4w都冇力架
+上我有電池..我怕係咁行唔到幾耐

真正既waveform就睇唔到la
因為冇cro
但sim.出黎就係咁
同埋我試過做half step黎run
冇咁順..但好似大力左dd

呢個sim已經有half step. 都無得再好D. 唯有加高電壓.

35mm stepper motor 850mA應該可以，問題是電壓，因stepper motor 是綫圈會有感抗，如果只有5V便沒法流過電流，這種電路通常是用步進的公共綫供電，需要升高電壓再串上功率電阻減低感抗對總電阻的影響。
冇力還有可能是步進的驅動頻率過高，步進一般只能由數佰轉到近一千轉。
也可能是35mm stepper motor 的步進角太大，令可接受的驅動頻率更低所至。
